What do you do (if anything) to stay in shape

I train in Muay Thai and boxing a few times a week. I try to follow that schedule closely since it is the only set structure in my day!

Do you cowork or work from a different space sometimes?

I frequently go to local coffee shops for part of my day to get out and have a change of scenery.

What do you listen to while you work? It depends! Sometimes a mix on Spotify, or a particular artist that’s stuck in my head. Currently listening to the Hamilton soundtrack.
